AutoKey Experts provides automotive locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Car key replacement and duplication
- Key programming and transponder services
- Lock repair and replacement
- Emergency lockout assistance
- Ignition repair services
3. Appointments and Service Calls
When scheduling an appointment or requesting a service call, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. We reserve the right to refuse service if information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services will be quoted before work begins. However, additional charges may apply if:
- The job requires unforeseen additional work
- The vehicle or circumstances differ from what was described
- After-hours emergency services are required
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods as specified on our website.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Vehicle Ownership and Authorization
By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have been authorized by the legal owner to obtain services for the vehicle. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization.
7. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and services rendered, subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty is void if the device has been tampered with or damaged by the customer
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly for validation
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, AutoKey Experts is not liable for any damage that may occur during standard service procedures that are necessary to complete the requested service.
9. Website Use
Our website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Intellectual Property
